Payment And Delivery


  1. You can make payments via Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)



    to any of our accounts at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, T.İş Bankası, and Yapı Kredi Bankası (in Turkish Lira).



  2. You can use your credit cards for online payments through our website.



    You can avail yourself of single online payments or installment options via Akbank. The payment will be processed at the end of your order using your credit card. In case of potential order cancellations or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.



  3. Refund of Order Amount:



    In the event of possible cancellations of your orders, RİSAY GIDA TEKNOLOJİ LOJİSTİK VE TEKSTİL SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within three business days. However, it is necessary to provide your bank account details and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's finance authorities.



  4. Delivery:



    We strive to ship the products you ordered on the same day. For products with longer procurement times, the delivery time by the courier is stated as 3 business days, as mentioned in the product details. In case of possible delays in delivery, you will be informed accordingly. To ensure smooth delivery of the products, please provide the delivery address where you are present during the day. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent via Aras Cargo company. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the courier company within 2 (two) business days at the latest. You can consult our customer representative for different delivery conditions. Additionally, delivery is valid only for Turkey.



  5. Payment Tracking:



    If the system cannot process the transaction due to any issue, our visitors are informed about this at the end of the payment page. In case of any error in the specified address, the person who placed the order is contacted regarding the undelivered order. The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed with an automatic email sent after the order is transferred. We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the completion of the delivery.

Please note!

During shipment, please open and inspect packages you suspect have been damaged in the presence of the authorized personnel of the receiving company. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery without drawing up a report with the courier company. Once the product is received, it is deemed that the courier company has fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged: Send the report you prepared to WhatsApp number +90 262 322 72 41 and inform us via email at info@fishake.com. By completing these procedures, we will initiate work related to your package and ensure re-delivery as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this email, you will assist us in our efforts regarding the product.
